Then it looks like White has time to regroup, 1. Rd3 Kf4 2. Rd1 Kxe4 3. Kd2 Kd4 4. Ke1+ Ke3 5. Ra1 and Ra3

Loved it! It has a few finesses but I think I got it right.
1. Rd3! Kg2 2. Rd2+ f2 3. Kd3 Kg1 4. Rd1+! (3. Ke3? fails due to 3. … f1=N+!) f1=Q+ 5. Ke3! Kg2 (trying to avoid the stalemate) 6. R:f1 K:f1 7. Kf3 draw.
